Which Class is Suitable for Me?

Bone Strength

This Pilates class includes small weights and resistance bands to improve strength and bone density. 1kg and 2kg dumbbells are provided. This class is suitable for everyone, including those with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Mixed Ability

Suitable for both beginners and those at an intermediate level, exercise options will be given to ensure you can work at your own level and pace. Small equipment will often be used to keep the classes varied and challenging.

Intermediate

A challenging class for those who have regularly practiced Pilates for at least 6 months. Ideal advancement from the Mixed Ability class. Not suitable for those with injuries, pregnancy or osteoporosis.
